A Change of Scenery

Our in-person workouts are a favorite of our clients as we break outside of the traditional gym setting, bringing you into the literal outdoors for destination-based workouts.

Whether a local track and field, or the often-requested Callahan State Park, you'll enjoy the fresh air and the freedom to move.

We'll bring the necessary equipment for each workout! You bring the effort and positive attitude!

Many of our clients even enjoy training outdoors in the Winter. We may even talk you into snowshoeing! It is a fantastic way to achieve incredible results!

Note: in the case of weather that might be dangerous to our health and safety, we may opt to bring the workouts indoors.

How We Help You to Succeed:

  • Customized Training Plan - With each level of membership, you'll receive personalized, fitness program design, providing structure for the days outside of your workouts with us.

  • Personal Training Sessions - Each level of membership includes a number of semi-private, Personal Training sessions where you'll continue to learn and work toward achieving results with individualized programming, while also having the support of other community members (no more than four per small group, and each individual with their own customized programming).

  • Support & Accountability - Mindset is a key element in achieving success. We know that not everyday is roses, so we are here in support, helping to keep you focused, determined, and consistent.


It is important to know what sets us apart. Beyond our experience, we have dedicated ourselves to studying for, achieving, and maintaining our professional qualifications.

With a BS degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Exercise Science, and professional certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) since 2002, and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) since 2015, you are in the very best of hands.

  • Our Comfort Guarantee: If for any reason, you reconsider your investment with us, we offer a comfort guarantee, where with notice within 3 days of the date of purchase, we will extend a full refund of the value of any unused sessions to you.

  • Automated Monthly Billing: We utilize's secure platform for our subscription-based membership options. We do not require a minimum commitment of a specific amount of months, though your membership will continue with automatic monthly billing until such time that you unsubscribe within's platform, or until notice is provided to us as per the "Discontinue your membership" instruction below.

  • Session Utilization: Your sessions become accessible for your use on the date of successful billing. These sessions must be utilized prior to the next billing date or they will expire, and will not carry over into an accessible balance of sessions in the next month, or any future months. Sessions are for your use alone. Any number of your available sessions may not be "gifted" to others to utilize in your place.

  • Discontinuing Your Membership: We'd love to work with you forever, though we do understand that life sometimes throws curveballs. That's okay. Please provide us with written notice, via email or Certified mail through USPS, of your intent to cancel at least 5 days prior to your next billing date. We want to be sure that you have a receipt of cancellation request from us to keep for your records.
